基因改造家兔在动脉粥样硬化研究中的应用

摘    要:目的测定WHBE兔主要脏器重量并计算脏器系数。方法实验选用成年WHBE兔,测定体重和主要脏器重量,计算脏器系数,并对雌、雄WHBE兔脏器重量、脏器系数进行比较。结果雌雄WHBE兔甲状腺差异有显著性(P〈0.01),其他脏器系数,雌雄WHBE兔均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论WHBE兔脏器重量、脏器系数、消化道长度测定结果,为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To measure the organ weight and organ coefficient of WHBE rabbits. Methods The weight of body and main organs of adult WHBE rabbits were measured and calculated their organ coefficient, and compared between male and female in this experiment. Results Between male and female, the thyroid gland weight and coefficient showed significantly differences (P〈0.01), but no difference was seen in the other organ coefficient (P〉0.05). Conclusion The above data could be useful in the biomedical researches.
