| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨囊尾蚴循环免疫复合物检测在脑囊尾蚴病诊断中的价值。方法: 用ELISA法检测109例脑囊尾蚴病患者血清抗原、抗体及循环免疫复合物。结果: 在109例标本中,检出囊尾蚴抗原阳性率33.03%,抗体阳性率68.81%,循环免疫复合物阳性率47.71%。在52例循环免疫复合物阳性标本中,12例囊尾蚴抗原和抗体均为阴性。结论: 检测循环免疫复合物有助于提高脑囊尾蚴病的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of detecting the circulating immune complex in diagnosis of neurocysticercosis.Methods:A double mono-clonal antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the circulating antigens,antibodies and immune complex in 109 sera of neurocysticercosis.Results:In the 109 cases of neurocysticercosis,the positive rates of circulating antigens,antibodies and immune complex were 33.03%,68.81% and 47.71%,respectively.Twelve of the 52 cases with positive immune complex showed negative when tested for the antigens and antibodies separatedly.Conclusions:Detection of the specific immune complex may help to the diagnosis of neurocysticercosis. |
