肝细胞生长因子在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及其与淋巴管生成的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)组织的表达及其与肿瘤淋巴管生成的关系:方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测52例PTC和20例癌旁正常甲状腺组织HGF表达和特异性淋巴管内皮标志物D240标记的微淋巴管密度(micro-lymphatic vessel density,MLVD),结合PTC的临床病理参数作相关统计学分析。结果:PTC癌组织HGF、MLVD较癌旁正常甲状腺组织明显增高(P〈0.01),有无淋巴结转移组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);HGF表达与癌旁MLVD之间呈明显的正相关关系(P〈0.01)。结论:HGF的过表达和MLVD增高与PTC发生、发展有关;HGF可促进肿瘤淋巴管生成。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in papillarydhyroid carcinoma (PTC) and lymphangiogenesis. Methods:S-P immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression of HGF and micro-lymphatic vessel density (MLVD) of specific D2-40 labeled lymphatic endothelial cells in the specimens of 52 cases of PTC and 20 cases of neighboring cancerous thyroid tissue samples. The relationship between HGF, MLVD and clinicopathologic parameters of PTC was analyzed. Results:The expressions of HGF and MLVD in PTC were significantly higher than that in normal thyroid tissues (P〈0.01). Increased expressions of HGF and MLVD were significantly correlated with lymphatic metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of HGF was positively correlated with the periphery tissues MLVD in PTC ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Over expressions of HGF and MLVD facilitate the malignant progress of PTC. HGF may promote lymphangiogenesis of PTC.
