| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建术后患者健康生存质量评估,评价Lysholm评分在关节镜ACL重建术后疗效评估中的作用。方法:对49例(50膝)接受关节镜ACL重建术的患者进行6~12个月的随访。在术前和术后6个月均对患者进行Lysholm评分和健康相关生存质量的评估,用简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分,并分析Lysholm评分和SF-36各项评分之间的相关性。结果:患者术后6个月的Lysholm评分和SF-36各项评分均较术前有所改善(P<0.01),但SF-36各项评分的改善程度并不一致。结论:Lysholm评分能较好地评估ACL重建术对改善患者关节稳定性和缓解疼痛的疗效,但对于评价患者健康相关生存质量和其他方面的改善还存在局限性。SF-36评分引入到ACL重建术的疗效评估中有积极意义。
