| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CD44v6和PTEN基因在肾癌中的表达及意义。方法：用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例肾细胞癌、20例癌旁肾组织、10例正常肾组织中PTEN、CD44v6的表达，并结合临床随访资料进行分析。结果：肾癌中CD44v6和PTEN阳性表达率分别为51．7％和66．7％。肾细胞癌分级、分期和淋巴结转移与CD44v6高表达和PTEN低表达均有一定关系（P〈0．05-P〈0．01）；CD44v6表达与PTEN表达呈负相关关系（P〈0．01）。结论：CD44v6高表达和PTEN低表达，对判断肾细胞癌恶性程度、预测淋巴结转移有一定的参考价值。
