食管癌、贲门癌术后心律失常4l例原因分析

目的：探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后心律失常的发生原因。分法：对169例食管癌、贲门癌术后患者进行连续心电监护，4l例发生各种类型心律失常。比较年龄、术前心电图表现及食管、胃的吻合部位与术后心律失常发生的关系。结果：术后心律失常发生率为24．3％。其中60岁以上发生率33．3％，60岁以下19．3％；术前心电图异常者发生率38．7％，正常者21．0％；弓上吻合者发生率35．6％，弓下吻合者12．2％，差异均有显著性(P＜0.05—P＜0．005)。结论：食管癌、贲门癌术后心律失常的发生率与患者的年龄、术前心电图是否正常、食管胃吻合的部位有关。

Analysis of the causes of arrhythmia after esophageal cardiac cancer operation:A report of 41 cases

Objective:To study the causes of arrhythmia after esophageal and cardiac cancer operation.Methods:Forty one cases were found arrhythmia by consecutive electrocardiogram monitoring in 169 patients after esophageal and cardiac cancer operation.The correlation between arrhythmia and age,pre operation electrocardiogram and esophagogastric anastomosis position were studied.Results:The occurrence of arrhythmia after operation was 24.3 %;33.3% occurred in those over 60 years old and 19.3% in those below 60 years old.The occurences of arrhythmia in patients with abnormal electrocardiogram and normal electrocardiogram before operation were 38.7% and 21.0%,respectively.35.6% occurred in patients with supraaortic anastomosis and 12.2% in those with subaortic anastomosis.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05 to P < 0.005 ).Conclusions:Arrhythmia is highly associated with age,pre operation electrocardiogram and esophagogastric anastomasis position.
