| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒适护理模式在癌症化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例癌症化疗患者随机分为观察组52例和对照组48例。观察组以舒适护理模式为框架,制定一套舒适护理措施;对照组采用常规护理方法。采用自制调查问卷调查两组护理满意度。结果:观察组满意度高于对照组(96.12% vs 81.3%,P<0.05)。观察组化疗各种不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.005)。结论:将舒适护理应用于癌症化疗患者的护理中,患者均得到生理、心理方面的满足感和安全感,提高了癌症患者的生活质量,同时患者对护理质量的满意度显著提高。
