| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗儿童急性喉炎的临床疗效。方法: 将71例急性喉炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组39例仅采用地塞米松静脉滴注,治疗组32例采用布地奈德+氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。结果: 2组症状和体征消失时间差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组为74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论: 儿童急性喉炎采用布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗比地塞米松静脉注射见效快,疗效好,不良反应少。
