双目间接检眼镜直视下冷凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离

目的: 探讨在双目间接检眼镜直视下冷凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法: 对86例(91眼)孔源性视网膜脱离患者,在双目间接检眼镜下查找裂孔并进行冷凝,外加压,根据视网膜脱离的具体情况决定环扎、放液或注入C₃F₈、SF₆气体。结果: 一次性手术后视网膜复位84眼,4眼二次手术后复位成功,另3眼需行玻璃体切割术。术后视力较术前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论: 间接立体检眼镜下冷凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离,创伤小,效果好,值得推广应用。

Cryosurgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by using binocular indirect ophthalmoscope

Objective:To observe the effect of cryosurgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)by using binocular indirect ophthalmoscope.Methods:Eighty six patients(91 eyes) were treated.Binocular indirect ophthalmoscope were used to find holes and to do cryosurgery,scleral compressing.Scleral buckling,releasing subretinal fluid,injecting the C 3F 8 or SF 6 in the vitreous cavity has been done if necessary.Results:Eighty four eyes had retinal reattachment after one operation,the other four eyes had retinal reattachment after twice operation,still other 3 eyes must be done with vitrectomy.Conclusions:The cryosurgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under binocular indirect ophthalmoscope is an effective and safe method.
