| 摘 要： | 目的: 总结重型颅脑损伤的治疗经验。方法: 回顾分析120例重型颅脑损伤(GCS<8分)患者临床资料,其中手术治疗56例,保守治疗64例。结果: 愈后良好24例,中残17例,重残39例,植物生存2例,病死38例,病死率31.7%。结论: 加强对重型颅脑损伤的规范化治疗能改善预后,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the experience in treating patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury(GCS<8) treated at our department from July 1997 to July 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Among these patients,56 underwent operations while 64 were conservatively treated.Results:According to Glasgow outcome score(GOS),24 patients had good results,17 patients had medium nerve function defect,39 patients had serious nerve function defect,38 patients died,and 2 patients were in vegetative state.Conclusions:The prognosis can be improved and the mortality can be decreased if the standardize treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury is reinforced. |
