| 摘 要： | 目的:观察开胸患者术后氟比洛芬酯和吗啡自控静脉镇痛效果.方法:选择40例开胸患者,随机分为氟比洛芬酯组和吗啡组.术后分别采用氟比洛芬酯、吗啡静脉镇痛,观察其效果及不良反应.结果:两种药物镇痛效果均较满意,而吗啡组不良反应的发生例数明显高于氟比洛芬酯组(P＜0.05～P＜0.01).结论:氟比洛芬酯用于开胸患者术后镇痛效果可靠,副作用少.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the influence of flurbitrofen,morphine patient-controlled intravenous analgesia on chest operation patients.Methods:Forty chest operation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:flurbitrofen group,morphine group.After operation,the effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results:The analgesic effects of two medications were both satisfactory.For occurrence number of adverse reactions,morphine group were significantly more than flurbitrofen group.For adverse effects of postoperative 8 hour,morphine group were significantly more than flurbitrofen group;for the other times,the differences of two groups weren't significant.Conclusions:For chest operation patients,the effects of flurbitrofen were trusty and its adverse effects were less. |
