| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同治疗方法对肝内胆管结石患者的治疗价值.方法:回顾分析125例肝内胆管结石手术患者的临床资料,结合有关文献加以讨论.结果:围手术期死亡2例,病死率1.6%.6例明确有结石残留,残石率4.8%.73例获随访,14例症状复发,5例再入院行经皮下盲袢胆道镜取石、扩张、引流.3例外引流者和2例内引流而未留盲袢者接受了再手术,仅4例行抗感染治疗.结论:解除梗阻、去除病因是治疗肝内胆管结石的主要方面,术中应视具体情况选择合适的手术方式.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of different methods on hepatolithiasis.Methods:The clinical data of 125 patients with hepatolithiasis were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Two cases died at periopration(1.6%) and 6 cases had residual stones(4.8%).Seventy-three cases were followed up.Fourteen cases reoccurred,5 cases were treated by chloedochoscopy per subcutaneous blind loop,3 cases received reoperation and 4 cases anti-infection therapy.Conclusions: It is essential to release obstruction and remove focus in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.The patterns of operation should be chosen according to different situation. |
