| 摘 要： | 目的：总结支气管肺囊肿的诊断和治疗体会。方法：回顾分析20例外科治疗支气管肺囊肿的临床资料。其中单肺叶切除14例,双肺叶切除2例,右中叶加上、下叶切除各1例,左全肺切除2例,左下叶加舌段切除1例,囊肿切除1例。结果：全组无手术死亡病例,术后胸腔引流量较多的3例100-150 ml/d,分别于术后第7或第8天胸腔注射2%利多卡因20 ml、50%葡萄糖注射液20 ml和红霉素0.75 g 1次,胸腔积液逐渐减少,术后第10-12天拔除胸管,无其它术后并发症。均痊愈出院,20例随访0.5-3年,恢复良好,无复发病例。结论：手术是治疗支气管肺囊肿的首选方法,既明确诊断,又避免误诊误治。
