PDCA循环在护理人员手卫生中的应用

目的：：探讨PDCA循环管理在护理人员手卫生中的应用效果。方法：随机选取13个易发生医院感染的重点科室的86名护士作为研究对象，应用PDCA循环管理对护理人员手卫生进行持续质量改进，观察实施前后的效果。结果：实施PDCA循环管理后，护理人员的手卫生质量状况显著改善，手卫生知识知晓率由干预前的65.1％上升至干预后的95.3％，手卫生依从率由干预前的70.9％上升至干预后的91.9％，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：应用PDCA循环管理进行持续质量改进，可有效提高护理人员手卫生质量状况。

Application of PDCA cycle management in hand hygiene of nursing staff

Objective:To investigate the application effects of PDCA cycle management in hand hygiene of nursing staff. Methods:Eighty-six nurses from 13 key departments of the hospital infection were treated with PDCA cycle management for continuous quality improvement,which was observed after treatment. Results:After the implemention of PDCA cycle management, the quality of hand hygiene was significantly improved. The knowledge awareness of hand hygiene was increased from 65. 1% to 95. 3%,the compliance rate of hand hygiene was raised from 70. 9% to 91. 9%,the differences of whose were statistically significant(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The application of PDCA cycle management for continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the quality of hand hygiene of nursing staff.
