唐氏综合征发生与母亲年龄和环境因素的关系

目的：探讨唐氏综合征（Down’ssyndrom，DS）发生与母亲年龄和环境因素的关系。方法：常规外周血淋巴细胞培养，染色体G显带核型分析。对DS患儿母亲年龄及其接触环境因素的情况进行分析。结果：145例患儿中出生时母亲年龄〈35岁者126例（86．90％），其母亲均不同程度接触过不同种类的物理、化学因素。结论：DS患儿的母亲年龄有年轻化趋势，其发病与接触有害的环境因素有关。应加大优生优育环境因素重要性的宣传力度，扩大产前筛查和产前诊断的年龄和地域范围。

Association of maternal age and environmental factors with the risk of delivering a child with Down's syndrome

Objective：To investigate the association of maternal age and environmental factors with the risk of delivering a child with Down＇s syndrome（DS）. Methods：The peripheral blood lymphocytes of the mother of the children with DS were cultured to prepare human G-banding chromosome examples for karyotype analysis ,and the association of the maternal age and environmental factors with the risk of delivering a child with DS was analyzed. Results ： One hundred and twenty-six of the 145 mothers of children with DS （86.90%） were below the age of 35. All the mothers had contacted with harmful physical or chemical factors to different degree before pregnancy. Conclusions：The age of the mother delivering a child with DS tends to be younger, which is probably due to the harmful environmental factors. Popularizing prepotency knowledge and enlarging the scope of prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis may decrease the incidence of DS.
