旋髂浅动脉岛状皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损

目的:探讨旋髂浅动脉岛状皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:采用旋髂浅动脉岛状皮瓣转移修复手部创面9例。2例供区游离植皮,其余供区直接缝合,皮瓣远端1/3修簿2例。结果:14~30天断蒂,9例均一期完成手术,皮瓣全部成活,术后随访3个月~1年,皮瓣痛、温、触觉稍迟钝,血运、弹性较好,外形满意。结论:旋髂浅动脉岛状皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损方法简单、实用,血管解剖恒定,皮瓣成活率高,无任何术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Application of superficial iliac circumflex artery island flaps in repairing tissue defects in hand

Objective ：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of superficial iliac circumflex artery island flaps in repairing soft tissue defects in hand. Methods： Superficial iliac circumflex artery island flaps was used to repair nine cases of wound hands. The split-thickness skin grafting was applied to recover the donor sites of the defects in 2 cases and the other donor sites were sutured directly. The flaps at the distance of one third were thinned in 2 cases. Results：The pedicles were severed for 14 to 30 days. All the 9 cases were repaired at one stage. The flaps were all survived and achieved satisfactory results in 3 months to 1 year＇s follow-up, excepting that the sense of pain, temperature and touch were a little dull. Conclusions： The procedure of repairing soft tissue defecs in hand with superficial iliac circumflex artery island flap is easy and practical, with the adavantages of stable blood vessels, high survival rate and few complications. This method is worth popularizing.
