T形锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折17例分析

目的:探讨应用锁定加压接骨板(1ocking compression plate,LCP)治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法:对17例桡骨远端骨折行切开复位LCP内固定,术后早期功能锻炼.结果:术后随访7～15个月,所有患者均获得骨性愈合.按照Dinest评估标准,优14例,良2例,优良率达94%.1例发生并发症.结论:LCP治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效满意,尤其适合于不稳定型以及骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折,能够牢固维持复位,有利于早期功能锻炼.

T shape locking compression plate fixation for treatment of distal radius fractures:A report of 17 cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical outcomes of treatment of comminuted intra-articular fractures of distal radius with T shape locking compression plate.Methods:Seventeen patients with distal radial fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation with T shape locking compression plates and did early functional exercises postoperatively.Results:All the patients were followed up for 7 to 15 months with an average of 10 months.Union was obtained in all the patients.The clinical outcomes was evaluated according to Dinest grading.Fourteen patients were graded as excellent and two as good.One complication was found.The overall satisfactory rate was 94%.Conclusions:T shape locking compression plate has been proved as a safe and effective implant for treatment of fracture of the distal ridius,especially for the patients with osteoporosis and unstable fractures of the distal radius,wherein it can firmly maintain the reduction of fracture and facilitate early postoperative rehabilitation.
