| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4和CD8)和血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平的变化及其与胃癌临床病理的关系。方法:应用流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附试验检测80例胃癌患者手术前外周血CD3、CD4、CD8和血清IL-12、sIL-2R的水平,并以30例健康体检者为对照组。结果:胃癌患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);胃癌患者血清IL-12水平低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而血清sIL-2R水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及血清IL-12和sIL-2R的改变与胃癌组织病理学类型、细胞分化程度无关,而与浸润程度有关。CD4+/CD8+与血清IL-12和sIL-2R之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者外周血CD3、CD4、CD8和血清IL-12和sIL-2R水平可作为研究胃癌的发生、发展和转移的重要免疫学指标。
