肠易激综合征患者情绪障碍观察

目的:探讨不同类型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者与其情绪障碍的关系。方法:将69例IBS患者分为便秘型、腹泻型、混合型、未定型,并选择健康人群作为对照组,依据汉密顿抑郁测量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对各类型IBS患者和对照组进行测试评分。结果:便秘型、腹泻型、混合型、未定型IBS组的HAMA和HAMD评分依次降低,其中HAMA评分除便秘型与腹泻型IBS组、未定型IBS组与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)外,其余各组间差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);HAMD评分除便秘型与腹泻型IBS组、混合型与未定型IBS组差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)外,其余各组间差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:IBS与患者情绪障碍之间关系密切,便秘型和腹泻型尤为明显。

Observation of the emotional condition in patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective:To investigate the emotional condition of patients with different types of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods:A total of 69 patients with IBS were divided into constipation type,diarrhea type,mixed type and undifferentiated type groups.A healthy control group was established.All the IBS patients were tested by the Hamilton depression scales(HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety scale(HAMA). Results:The HAMD scores and HAMA scores deceased in all the constipation,diarrhea,mixed and undifferentiated IBS groups.A significant difference was found among the different groups in HAMA scores except for the constipation group and diarrhea group,the undifferentiated group and healthy control group(P<0.01);a significant difference was also found among the different groups in HAMD scores except for the constipation group and diarrhea group,the mixed group and undifferentiated group(P<0.01). Conclusions:IBS has a close correlation with emotional disturbance,and it is more noticeable in patients with constipation type and diarrhea type IBS.
