脾组织自体移植的实验研究

94只豚鼠随机分为6组:脾匀浆腹腔移植组16只,脾匀浆腹膜后移植组16只,脾匀浆门静脉注射肝内移植组16只,脾切除组15只,脾块大网膜内移植组16只,拟手术组15只。术前和术后第3、6、12周各采外周血查Howell-Jolly小体,计算阳性检出百分率。术后3个月对存活的84只动物静注新鲜绵羊红细胞(SRBC),6天后再强化免疫注射一次。于注射前和免疫注射后第11天分别抽心脏血1ml测定抗体效价。结果,脾匀浆各移植组有半数可见存活的脾结节,但无脾功能。大网膜内移植的脾片全部存活并有部分免疫功能。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE SPLENIC AUTOIMPLANTATION

94 rats Were divided into 6 groups; splcneciomy followed by injection of emulsified spleen in Peritoneal cavity ( 16 ) , in relroperitoneal (16), and in portal vein ( 16 ) , splenectorry (15), autoinmplantation of splenic slices in Omentum ( 16 ) and control ( 15 ). Preoperatively and 3, 6, 12 weeks postoperatively. Howcll-Jolly body Was determined. Three rnonths after operation, 1 ml iv injection of 2% suspension of SRBC Was itijected intravenously to survives 84 rals. Jm-mediately prior to ard 11 days following this injection, 1 \o 2 ml of blood was obtained from each rat by cardiac puncture to determine antibody liter. Four months after operation, experimental rats were Sacrificed, grass and microscopic examinations of splesis wcrc performed. The results show the highest antibody liter in the Control group, while the lowesi in asplenics and in emulsified autoimplantation, and the intermediate in autoimplanlalion of splenic slices. The viable splenic tissue was found in the first two groups, but liver biopsies of the rats receiving intraportal injection of emulsified spleen did not show any identifiable splenic tissue. The microscopic examination demonstrated splenic lissue with red and while splenic pulp in the autoimplantation of splenic slices, but the absence of while pulp in autoimplanlalion of emulsified spleen. Our studies suggest lhat the auloimplanlalion may preserve partial immunologic function.
