手法复位石膏固定结合经皮穿针治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

目的：：探讨手法复位石膏固定后，经皮穿针固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：运用手法复位石膏固定36例老年桡骨远端骨折，再行透视下经皮克氏针固定骨折。结果：36例均获随访，时间2~6个月。骨折均获骨性愈合。按照Gartland-Werley腕关节评分标准：优20例，良13例，一般3例，优良率91.7%。 Cooney评分系统：优19例，良12例，一般4例，差1例，优良率86.1%。结论：手法复位石膏固定后，再经皮穿针固定是治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的有效方式，创伤小，花费少，疗效可靠。

Clinical efficacy of the closed reduction and plaster fixation combined with percutaneous pinning in the treatment of elderly distal radial fractures

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the closed reduction and plaster fixation combined with percutaneous pinning in the treatment of elderly distal radial fractures. Methods:Thirty-six elderly patients with distal radial fractures were treated with the closed reduction and plaster fixation combined with percutaneous pinning. Results:All cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months. All fractures healed. According to Gartland-Werley scoring system,excellent in 20 cases,good in 13 cases and fair in 3 cases were identified,and the excellent and good rate was 91. 7%. According to Cooney scoring system,excellent in 19 cases,good in 12 cases and poor in 1 case were identified,and the excellent and good rate was 86. 1%. Conclusions:The treatment of elderly distal radial fractures with the closed reduction and plaster fixation combined with percutaneous pinning is effective,little trauma and less cost.
