鼻唇冠状切面与常规三切面加特殊切面法超声在胎儿唇腭裂筛查中的应用

摘    要:目的::探讨鼻唇冠状切面及常规三切面加特殊切面法超声在胎儿唇腭裂畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:对2530例胎儿的唇腭部进行超声筛查,包括鼻唇冠状切面组1000例( A组),常规三切面加特殊切面法1530例( B组);将检查结果与出生儿检查结果进行比较。结果:A组漏诊率和符合率分别为40.00%、60.00%,B组漏诊率和符合率分别为4.76%、95.24%。产前超声声像表现上唇皮肤连续性中断的发生率为84.38%,均明显高于上牙槽突裂、上腭连续性回声中断及鼻孔塌陷的发生率(P<0.01)。结论:常规三切面加特殊切面法能更准确地诊断胎儿唇腭裂。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application value of single nasolabial coronal section and conventional three section combined with special cross section in the screening of cheilopalatoschisis. Methods:Among 2 530 foetuses, the nasolabial coronal section in 1 000 cases( group A) and conventional three section combined with special cross section in 1 530 cases( group B) were detected using ultrasound. The results of whose were compared with neonates. Results:The rates of misdiagnosis and consistent in group A and group B were 40. 00% &60. 00%,and 4. 76% &95. 24%,respectively. Prenatal sonographic manifestations showed that the incidence of upper lip skin discontinuity was significantly higher than that of the alveolar cleft,palate discontinuity echo and nose collapse(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The conventional three section combined with special cross section can accurately diagnose the fetal cheilopalatoschisis.
