| 摘 要： | 目的：研究SOX基因在性别决定中的作用。方法：利用PCR技术，对黑斑蛙基因组中的SOX基因进行扩增。结果：扩增的片段大小为450bp和900bp。结论：SOX基因中存在有内含子，雌雄个体中均存在SOX基因，无性别特异性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the role of sex determining of SRY box(SOX)gene in sex determination of R.nigromaculata. Methods:PCR technique was used to amplify the SOX gene of R.nigromaculata Hallowell . Results:The lengths of the fragments of PCR products were 450 bp and 900 bp. Conclusions:The SOX gene exists in both female and male R.nigromaculata Hallowell . Introns are also found in SOX gene. |
