带线锚钉治疗Danis-Weber B型骨折伴三角韧带损伤15例

目的:探讨带线锚钉对Danis-Weber B型骨折伴三角韧带损伤的疗效.方法:对15例Danis-Weber B型骨折脱位患者先予切开复位和钛板内固定外踝骨折,然后修复重建三角韧带,恢复踝关节稳定性.结果:15例患者均获随访,随访时间4~28个月,平均15.6个月.均无感染、皮瓣坏死、螺钉松动、创伤性关节炎等术后并发症.美国足与踝关节协会功能评分系统(AOFAS)评分为79~97分,平均87.6分.15例疗效评定为优12例,良3例,优良率100%.结论:对于伴三角韧带损伤的Danis-Weber B型骨折,治疗上除使骨折解剖复位坚强内固定外,还需对断裂的三角韧带进行修复重建.

Anchors for the treatment of Danis-Weber B fractures combined with deltoid ligament injury in 15 cases

Objective:To observe the clinical outcome after the anchors for the treatment of the deltoid ligament iniury associated with Danis-Weber B fractures. Methods:Fifteen deltoid ligament ruptures associated with Danis-Weber B fractures were repaired and given open reduction and internal fixation. Results:All the patients were followed up for 4-28 months,average 15. 6 months. These patients got a good healing without complications of infection,necrosis,screw loosening and traumatic arthritis and so on. AOFAS Ankle-Hindfoot Scale system showed 79-97 points,average 87. 6 points. Furthermore,excellent in 12 cases,good in 3 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusions:The results indicate that anchor in the repair of deltoid ligament injury during the treatment of ankle fracture with open reduction internal fixation can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect and worthy to be popularized.
