参一胶囊对局部晚期宫颈癌病人的疗效观察

目的:探究参一胶囊对局部晚期宫颈癌病人预后的影响.方法:将107例局部晚期宫颈癌病人随机分为观察组54例和对照组53例),对照组病人仅进行同步放化疗,观察组病人在同步放化疗基础上加用参一胶囊持续口服治疗,直至病情进展.对2组病人的近、远期疗效及不良反应发生情况进行比较.结果:观察组接受治疗后,其2年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05),远处转移率低于对照组(P<0.05);而2组病人的近期有效率及不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:对局部晚期宫颈癌病人在同步放化疗的基础上加用参一胶囊持续口服治疗有良好的耐受性,并可改善病人预后,提高病人生存时间.

Curative effect of Shenyi Capsule in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of the Shenyi Capsule in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:One hundred and seven patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into the observation group(54 cases) and control group(53 cases).The control group was treated with the concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Shenyi Capsule combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy until the disease progression.The short and long-term curative effects between two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the 2-year survival rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);and the distant metastasis rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The differences of the short-term effective and incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shenyi Capsule combined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer has good tolerability,which can obviously improve the prognosis and clinical survival time.
