多模式镇痛在骨科围手术期疼痛管理的疗效评价

目的:探讨多模式镇痛管理对骨科围手术期病人疼痛缓解的影响.方法:将79例骨科围手术期病人随机分为2组.多模式疼痛管理小组成员分别对对照组进行常规处理,观察组进行多模式镇痛管理.比较2组疼痛控制效果、疼痛控制满意度、术后3 d疼痛缓解程度、术后3 d睡眠满意度.结果:观察组疼痛控制效果及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);观察组术后3 d疼痛缓解程度及睡眠满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:多模式镇痛管理能有效控制骨科病人围手术期疼痛,提高病人在治疗期间的舒适度及满意度.

Assessment of efficacy of multimodal analgesia in orthopaedic perioperative pain management

Objective:To explore the effects of multimodal analgesia on alleviating the orthopedic preoperative pain. Methods:Seventy-six orthopedic preoperative patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group were treated with multimodal analgesia management,and the control group were treated with normal processing. The effect and degree of pain control,alleviating degree of pain and sleep satisfaction after 3 days of operation between two groups were compared. Results:The effects and satisfaction of pain control in observation group were better than those in control group(P <0. 05 to P <0. 01). The alleviating degrees of pain and sleep satisfaction after 3 days of operation in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The multimodal analgesia management can effectively control the orthopedic preoperative pain, and improve comfort and satisfaction of patients during treatment.
