聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳并发症处理

目的：探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶（polyacrylamide hydrogel，PAHG）注射隆乳并发症的处理方法及效果。方法：对13例PAHG注射隆乳并发症患者，应用刮除、生理盐水反复冲洗和抽吸、切除部分受浸润的腺体及肌肉等方法去除PAHG。结果：13例患者术前乳房胀痛、外形不满、硬结不消、乳房弹性差、心理负担重等明显好转，切口愈合良好。结论：经乳房下皱褶切口能将绝大部分PAHG取出，极少残留，手术切开是处理PAHG隆乳并发症较为有效的方法。

Management of complications due to breast augmentation by injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel

Objective ：To discuss a method to deal with postoperative complications in breast augmentation by injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel（PAHG）. Methods： Thirteen patients with complications due to breast augmentation by injecting PAHG were treated by incising the gel, some infiltrated gland and muscle, and by washing the capsular space repeatedly with normal saline and suction alternatively. Results： All the symptoms such as spargosis, dissatisfactory, contour, callosity and poor elasticity of the breast were improved after removal of the polyacrylamide hydrogel. The wound healed well. Conclusions ： Most of the injected augmentation material （PAHG） can be removed via in-framammary incision. The in-framammary approach is effective for management of complications in breast augmentation.
