耳穴压豆综合治疗常见颈椎病的临床观察

目的：观察耳穴压豆综合治疗颈椎病的效果。方法：将180例符合纳入标准的本病患者随机分为治疗组60例，对照1组60例，对照2组60例。治疗组用颈椎牵引、推拿、加耳穴压豆治疗。对照1组用颈椎牵引、推拿治疗。对照2组用颈椎牵引、推拿、体针治疗。3组均不使用药物治疗，10天为1疗程，2疗程结束后评价其综合疗效。按颈椎病分型分组，耳穴压豆及体针均采用分型辨证选穴治疗。统计学方法：使用Kruskal-Wallis法检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果：治疗组总有效率为90％；对照1组总有效率为75％；对照2组总有效率为95％。治疗组优于对照1组（P＜0．005），治疗组与对照2组无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。结论：耳穴压豆综合治疗颈椎病有效，比单纯颈牵推拿效果好，与体针综合治疗效果相近。

Clinical Observation ofA uricular Point Sticking Bean Comprehensive Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective：To observe the effect of ear pressure beans comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylosis .Methods：Take 180 patients met the inclusion criteria for this disease were randomly divided into a treatment group of 60 cases, a control group 1 of 60 cases, a control group 2 of 60 cases.Treat the treatment group with cervical traction , massage and ear pressure beans treatment .Treat the control group 1 with cervical traction and massage treatment .Treat the control group 2 with cervical traction , massage and body acupuncture thera-py.The 3 groups were not treated with drugs , 10 days for a course of treatment , evaluation of the comprehensive curative effect after 2 courses.According to the types of cervical spondylosis group , ear pressed beans therapy and body acupuncture by typing dialectical point selection treatment .Statistical methods use the Kruskal -Wallis test and Wilcoxon test .Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the control group 1 was 75%, The control group 2 was 95%.Treatment group was better than the control group 1 （ p〈0. 005）.The difference between the treatment group and the control group 2 had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Ear pressure beans comprehensive treatment has good effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis .It ＇s effect is better than simple cervical traction and massage treatment .Compared with body acupuncture comprehensive treatment , it has similar effect .
