肝纤维化指标联合脾脏超声检查对肝纤维化诊断的临床观察

目的:探讨慢性肝炎患者肝纤维化指标与脾静脉超声联合检查对肝纤维化的诊断价值。方法:选择73例慢性肝炎患者进行肝纤维化与脾静脉、脾容积超声联合检查,并与同期住院的30例急性肝炎患者对比,做相关性分析。结果:慢性肝炎各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),各项指标与肝纤维化呈正相关。结论:肝纤维化与脾静脉超声联合检查对肝纤维化的诊断有较大价值。

Clinical Observation Value of Diagnosing Liver Fibrosis with Fibrosis Markers Combined with Spleen Ultrasound

Objective: To explore the value of diagnosing liver fibrosis with fibrous markers combined with spleen Ultrasound changes.Methods: Ultrasound examination was carried out on 73 patients with chronic hepatitis to detect their fibrosis markers and the vein and the volume of spleen;comparing with 30 acute hepatitis patients at the same time and working out the analysis from the two groups on the difference of all indexes.Results: All indexes in chronic hepatitis group were much higher than that of the control(P<0.01),all markers were positive correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis.Conclusion: Fibrosis markers combined with spleen ultrasound assessment is proved to have good diagnostic value.
