经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠状动脉支架植入的对照研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠状动脉支架植入的优缺点。方法 :选择我院 2 0 0 0年 5月到 2 0 0 3年 12月住院 180例行冠状动脉内支架植入术的病人分成股动脉 (5 5例 )和桡动脉 (12 5例 )两组 ,比较其成功率、并发症发生率 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :手术成功率分别为 98 18%和 99 2 0 % (P >0 0 5 ) ,血管并发症分别为 30 91%和 4 8% (P <0 0 1) (不包括疼痛和导尿等非血管并发症 )。结论 :本研究提示 ,经桡动脉行冠状动脉支架植入不需卧床 ,手术成功率高 ,病人损伤小 ,止血方便 ,血管并发症少 ,节省费用 ,减少X线照射时间。安全、可行、便捷、经济。作者推荐使用桡动脉途径行冠状动脉内支架植入术。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluato advantages and disadvantage of coronary artery stenting via femoral and radial arteries. Method: 180 cases treated with coronary artery stenting in our hospital from May 2000 to December 2003 were divided into two groups:femoral artery group (55 cases) and radial artery group (125 cases).The success rate and complication rate were compared and analyzed statistically. Result: The success rate was respectively 98.18% and 98.20%.( P>0.05) .The vascular complication rate was respectively 30.91% and 4.8%( P<0.01) (excluding non vascular complications such as pain and urine lead). Conclusion: The results showed that Coronary artery stenting via radial artery is safe,feasible,conve nient and economic,with higher success rate of operation,less trauma,convenient homeostasis,less vascular complications,reduced expense and X-ray irradiation duration,without necessary bed rest.The methods are recommended.
