后腹腔镜上尿路肿瘤根治性切除术

目的:探讨后腹腔镜技术在上尿路肿瘤临床手术应用的可行性。方法:应用后腹腔镜技术手术治疗肾癌11例,肾盂、输尿管癌16例。结果:26例手术获得成功,1例中转开放完成。手术时间90~180min,平均130 min,出血50~400 ml,平均100 ml,术后住院7~10 d,平均8 d。随访1~24个月,无肿瘤复发及术区、切口种植转移。结论:后腹腔镜根治性手术治疗上尿路肿瘤安全可行,疗效可靠。

Radical Resection of Upper Urinary Tract Tumors by Retroperitoneal Laparoscopy

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in treatment of upper urinary tract tumors.Methods:11 cases of kidney cancers and 16 cases of pyelic or ureteral cancers performed retroperitoneal laparoscopy.Results:26 cases performed successfully,but 1 case converted to open operation.The average duration of operation was 130 mins(varied between 90 and 180 mins),the average volumes of bleeding was 100 ml(varied between 50 and 400 ml),and the average length of stay was 8 days(varied between 1 and 24 months).All cases were followed up between 1 and 24 months.There was no recurrence or implantation metastasis in operative area or incision.Conclusion:The retroperitoneal laparoscopy is safe,feasible and effective technique in treatment of upper urinary tract tumors.
