| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着肿瘤的过继免疫治疗的新近发展,DCs和CIK细胞治疗恶性肿瘤逐渐成为国内外关注的焦点。自上世纪80年代发现这种细胞起,人们对于DCs、CIK细胞生物学特征的认识一直在不断的更新,目前以DCs和CIK细胞为主的治疗恶性肿瘤的技术已经在国内临床开展,并有望成为肿瘤综合治疗研究的新方向。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the newly-developed treatment of tumor by adoptive immunotherapy,the treatment of tumor by DCs and CIK cells is increasingly becoming the focus of attention.The knowledge of biographic features of DCs and CIK cells is being renewed since it was known in 1980's .Now the technology of tumor treatment focusing on DCs and CIK Cells has been developed in hospitas at home,likely to be the new orientation of comblined therapy for tumor. |
