肺切除早期肺循环血液动力学改变及其临床意义

摘    要:为了解肺叶切除术术后肺循环血液动力学改变,更好地做好围手术期的处理。方法:行为物试验,以右心导管直测肺切除前、后的肺动压、心排量等的变化, 对46例肺切除病理应用无创性多普勒超声技术检测术前、后的肺循环血流动力学有关指标。结果肺切除术后经上述两种方法所测结果:肺动脉平均压升高,心排量下降,肺血管阻力上升。结论肺切除 后病例肺循环血流动力学受损。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of investigate the changes of pulmonary hymodynamics after lung resection and affers a better postoperative management.Methods:Cardiac catheterization was employed to determines data of pulmonary artery mean pressure and cardiac putout on pre-operation in dog.The 46 patients were studied who accepted the lung resection and adopts 2-D and Doppler echocardiagraphy to determines data of pulmonary hemodynamics.Results:The results show that pulmonary artery mean pressure and total pulmonary resistance elevatedand cardiac output decreased after lung resection comparing with those before operation the difference significant(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:pulmonary hemodyna mics was harmed after lung resection.It is importants to take note of perioperative treatment.
