幕上胶质瘤术后近期预后的相关因素分析

目的：分析影响颅内幕上胶质瘤手术近期预后的相关因素。方法：共86例颅内幕上胶质瘤按入院时有无精神症状、癫痫、神经系统定位症状、肿瘤有无囊变、是否有CT强化及强化性质分成两组。随访术后6个月Karmofsky评分,并以单因素方差分析进行统计学分析。结果：按年龄分析,30~39岁组近期预后最佳;术前存在癫痫者预后优于无癫痫,而精神症状者相反;术前无神经系统定位症状及全身情况佳者近期预后也佳;CT扫描显示等密度或高密度、能均匀强化者预后最好（P值＆lt;0.05）。结论：患者年龄、术前全身情况、临床症状和体征以及CT扫描情况显著影响颅内幕上胶质瘤预后。

Analysis of Short-term Prognostic Factors for Postoperative Patients with Supratemtorium Glioma

Objective; Assessing the factors effecting prognosis of supratemtorium glioma in adults. Methods：Total 86 cases were divided into 2 groups according to if there were psychiatric symptom,epilepsy, lesion in central nervous system（CNS）, cystis degeneration or contrast enhancement in CT scan. Follow- up the Karnof- sky prognostic scores 6 months post operation. Ftest was also applide to summarize the difference between 2 groups. Results：The clinical outcome of the patients who were 30- 39 years old, wonderful in general condi- tion, or suffered epilepsy Preoperative but psychiatric symptom and lesion in CNS, were better than those of contrast. Conclusion- The factors including age, general condition, clinical symptom, physical signs, and the characters of CT scans are effected prognosis of supratemtorium glioma significantly.
