环境因素在少数民族高血压发病中的作用

我国有众多少数民族,对少数民族地区进行流行病学调查表明,各民族人群高血压患病率和血压水平不同。引起高血压病确切的病因和发病机制还不十分清楚,目前一致认为主要是遗传和环境两方面因素,其中环境因素发挥非常重要的作用,了解环境因素对少数民族高血压的作用,对于我们制定更有针对性的预防、控制措施具有重要意义。

The Role of Environmental Factors in Prevalence of Hypertension in Minority Ethnic Groups

There are numerous minority ethnic groups in our country.Many epidemiological studies carried out in minority ethnic groups of China showed that the prevalence rates of hypertension and the levels of blood pressure were different among them.Although the exact causes and mechanisms of hypertension is not known,it was generally believed that the prevalence of hypertension might be affected by environmental factors and genetic factors,and environmental factors play a vital role.Knowing the role of environmental factors in minority ethnic groups will be helpful for us to design preventive and therapeutic methods correctly.
