部分型心内膜垫缺损的外科治疗

目的:探讨不停跳下外科治疗部分型心内膜垫缺损的方法与安全有效性.方法:12例部分型心内膜垫缺损矫治手术,分析手术方法与效果.结果:全组12例患者无手术死亡病例,均痊愈出院.心功能较术前均有所改善,术后二尖瓣轻度关闭不全2例,余病例无二尖瓣反流及狭窄.Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞1例,不完全性右束支传导阻滞1例,其余患者均为窦性心律.结论:部分型心内膜垫缺损一旦确诊应尽早手术治疗,避免二尖瓣反流及房室传导阻滞是矫治部分型心内膜垫缺损手术的关键,不停跳下外科治疗部分型心内膜垫缺损有较好的效果.

The Treatment of the Part of the Endocardial Cushion Defect

Objective:Investigate the safety and efficiency of the methods of the surgical treatments of part of the endocardial cushion defect with beating heart.Methods:Analysis the surgical methods and results with 12 patients who were partial endocardial cushion defect were under operation.Results:All patients were cured,whose heart function were normal and mitral were not regurgitation and stenosis.2 case had mild regurgitation,1 case hadⅠoatrioventricular block and incomplete right bundle branch block were in 1 case,the remaining patients were in sinus rhythm.Conclusion:people who were endocardial cushion defect should be surgered as soon as possible when they were diagnosised.It is important for the treatments was avoiding mitral regurgitation and atrioventricular block and it is better for the surgical treatments of part of the endocardial cushion defect with beating heart.
