| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨7-酮胆固醇（7KC）诱导的巨噬细胞凋亡与核因子κB（NF-κB）的关系。方法：7KC刺激体外培养的巨噬细胞J774A.1。H-E染色观察细胞形态,应用MTT法、流式细胞术检测在有无NF-κB抑制剂PDTC参与下的细胞凋亡情况。结果：7KC抑制J774A.1细胞增殖,诱导巨噬细胞凋亡甚至死亡,PDTC减弱7KC诱导的凋亡作用。结论：7KC诱导巨噬细胞凋亡。活化的NF-κB介导7KC诱导巨噬细胞凋亡。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：It is investigated whether NF-κB was involved in the effection of J774A.1 cells apoptosis induced by 7KC.Methods：J774A.1 cells cultured in vitro were exposed to 7KC.Histopathological changes were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin staining.Investigation the effects of PDTC on macrophage apoptosis by 7KC were determined by MTT and AnnexinV/Propidium Iodide double-labelled flow cytometry.Results：7KC inhibited increase and induced apoptosis and death in J774A.1 cells.PDTC can protective J774A.1 cells from 7KC induced-apoptosis though activating NF-κB.Conclution：Macrophages apoptosis were induced by 7KC.7KC-induced Macrophages Apoptosis was mediated by NF-κB. |
