比索洛尔/氢氯噻嗪复方片治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的:评价比索洛尔/氢氯噻嗪复方片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效。方法:选择36例轻、中度原发性高血压患者,按随机、双盲阳性药物平行对照原则分为比索洛尔/氢氯噻嗪复方片组(治疗组)20例,比索洛尔组(对照组)16例,分别观察两组降压疗效。结果:服药8周后,治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.0%和37.6%(P<0.01)。结论:比索洛尔/氢氯噻嗪复方片降压作用显著优于比索洛尔,可作为治疗轻中度原发性高血压的一线药物。

Efficacy of Bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide Compound Tablet in Essential Hypertension

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide compound tablet in mild and moderate essential hypertension.Methods:In the double-blind,pararrel and controlled study with the positive drug,36 patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: treatement group with bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide compound tablet(n=20),and control group with bisoprolol(n=16).The curative effect in two groups were observed.Results: After 8 weeks,the total effective rate was 80.0% in treatment group and 37.6% in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The effect of bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide compound tabletis markedly superior to that of bisoprolol in treatment of hypertension,which can be used as the first medicine for mild and moderate essential hypertension.
