美沙拉嗪与SASP治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效对比观察

目的：比较用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒（艾迪沙）以及柳氮磺毗啶治疗活动期轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效和不良反应。方法：采用随机方法将68例活动期轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者分为两组。治疗组36例．使用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗，对照组32例，使用柳氮磺呲啶治疗，疗程均为8周，观察其疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗8周末治疗组的总体疗效评价其显效率为83．33％。对照组总体疗效评价其显效率为62．5％，其疗效与治疗组相比有差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为11．11％，对照组不良反应发生率为33．33％，明显高于治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论：用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗活动期轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效，其疗效优于SASP组，且美沙拉嗪的不良反应明显减少。

Camparative Studies on the Therapeutic Effects of Mesalazinet and Salicylazosulfapyridine on Ulcerative Colitis

Objective： To compare the therapeutic effects of mesalazinet and salicylazosulfapyridine on active mild and moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods： 68 patients with mild and moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group with mesalazinet（n = 36）, and control group with salicylazosulfapyridine（n = 32）. The drugs were administrated once daily for 8 weeks. Results： The remission rates of the mesalazinet group and salicylazosulfapyridine group were 83.33 % and 62.5 % respectively. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The untoward reaction rate of control group are higher than treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Mesalazinet is more effective than salicylazosulfapyridine in treatment of active stage mild and moderate ulcerative colitis. Mesalazinet could significantly reduce the untoward drug effect.
