| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨核酸对老年性激素水平的影响。方法 :选择 6 0～ 75岁健康老年 2 0人 ,男女各半 ,口服核酸 3个月后 ,应用放射免疫分析方法 (RIA)测定睾丸酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、促卵泡激素 (FSH)和促黄体生成素 (LH)的含量。结果 :口服核酸后男性T和女性E2 含量明显增高 ,FSH和LH含量男女性均明显下降。以上经统计学处理 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :说明核酸能够促进老年性功能 ,它是抗衰老的重要物质

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of nucleic acid on sex hormones of the senile.Methods:20 cases aged between 60 and 75 years (male and female in a half) were treated with nucleic acid for 3 months.Testosterone (T),esrtadiol (E 2),follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH) and luteinizing hormones (LH) were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) method.Results:Concentration of T in male and E 2 in female were singnificantly increased after treatment of nucleic acid,while FSH and LH decreased.There was statistical difference between them (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Nucleic acid as an antisenile matter can promote sex function in the senile. |
