胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔56例临床观察

目的:总结胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的诊断和治疗.方法:回顾性分析56例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料.结果:56例中,术前确诊54例,误诊2例.行保守治疗2例,穿孔修补术52例,胃大部切除术2例,术后无再穿孔、幽门梗阻等并发症,无死亡病例.结论:X线检查是诊断胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的重要手段,穿孔修补术是一种较理想的治疗方案.

The Clinical Observation of Perforation of Gastroduodenal Ulcer

Objective:To summarize the diagnosis and management in perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer.Method:Retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 56 patients with perforation of gastroduo denal ulcer.Result:The diagnosis were made preoperatively in 54 patients,misdiagnosed in 2 patient,2 cases were non-operative treatment,52 patients underwent neoplasty,and 2 patients were subtotal gastrectomy.Neither repercolation nor pyloric obstruction,have no death.Conclusion:The X-ray examination is a importantp process to diagnose perforation of gastroduodenal.ulcer,and the simple closure operation is a better management.
