对冠状动脉造影诊断为51例原发性扩张型心肌病患者的分析

目的：探讨冠状动脉造影术在扩张型心肌病诊断中的应用。方法：对51例经冠状动脉造影术排除冠心病后符合扩张型心肌病诊断标准的患者进行评价。结果：选择性冠状动脉造影结果显示：冠状动脉分布呈右优势型28例,左优势型13例,均衡型10例。其中44例左、右冠状动脉及其各分支边界光滑,无狭窄。右冠状动脉近段狭窄30%、中段局限性狭窄40%各1例,左前降支近段局限性狭窄约40%1例,左前降支中段狭窄20%1例,左回旋支近段局限性狭窄30%2例,前降支心肌桥1例,狭窄〈50%。左室造影21例,左心室腔扩大,左室广泛收缩活动减弱37例。射血分数0.35±0.17（0.19～0.52）。结论：冠状动脉造影术在排除冠心病确诊扩张型心肌病有重要临床价值。

The Analysis of Primary Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Coronary Angiography
