| 摘 要： | 目的：评价经皮冠脉成形术（PTCA）及支架植入术（Stenting）在急性冠脉综合征中的临床应用价值；方法：40例急性冠脉综征入院1周后做冠脉造影确定病变，进行择期PTCA及Stenting；结果：病变血管54支，扩张48支，成功率95．8％，置入支架40枚，成功率100％；结论：急性冠脉综合征早期进行择期PTCA及Stenting是一种安全有效的再灌注治疗手段，成功率高，并发症少，能改善缺血及顿抑心肌，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Percutaneous coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and intracoronary stenting in treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods:Forty patients with acute coronary syndrome were performed coronary angiography(CAG) in hospital and PTCA and Stenting.At elective tima.Result:There were 54 diseasing vessel,dialeted 48 vessels.Success rate was 95.8%.Stent-implanting rate was 100%(40/40).Conclusion:Elective time PTCA and Stenting is a safe method with a higher Success rate and lower complications in treating ACS. |
