神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的:观察神经节苷脂( GM1)注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法:64例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组32例,在给予相同的常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用神经节苷脂(GM1)注射液60 mg溶于250 ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,每日1次,2周为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分的变化,评价其临床疗效.结果:疗程结束后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分与对照组相比明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),其神经功能障碍明显改善,未出现毒副作用.结论:神经节苷脂(GM1)应用于急性脑梗死早期治疗可以获得良好的治疗效果.

The Observation of Clinical Effects of Ganglioside in Patients with Acute Cerebra 1 Infarction

Objective:Evaluation of Gangliosides(GM1) in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical efficacy.Methods:64 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,In giving the same routine treatment,The treatment group was added with Ganglioside(GM1 60 mg/d) dissolved in physiological saline(250 ml/d) in intravenous infusion for 14 days.In two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with neurologic impairment score changes.Results:Ganglioside(GM1) treatment group after treatment of neural function defect score compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the treatment group clinical curative effect obviously surpasses the comparison group(P<0.05),the neurological function score improved significantly.Conclusion: Ganglioside(GM1) is applied to the early stage of acute cerebral infarction therapy can get good treatment effect.
