改良单切口额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂临床观察

目的探讨改良单切口额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的手术方法。方法重度上睑下垂患者31例58只眼行改良单切13额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗，术后随访6个月至3年以上，观察远期疗效。结果31例58只眼获矫正，术后欠矫2例，过矫1例，内翻倒睫1例，眼裂闭合不全大多在4周内消失，无暴露性角结膜炎等并发症发生。结论改良单切口额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术术式设计有理论基础，操作简便，并发症少，矫治重度上睑下垂疗效可靠。

Clinical Observation of Severe Blepharoptosis Correction with Modified Frontails Muscle Suspension with Single Incision

Objective To explore the operative method of modified frontails muscle suspension with single incision for servere blepharoptosis correction and to evaluate the effect of the operation. Methods 58 eyes of 31 cases of severe blepharoptosis were treated with modified fron- tails muscle suspension with single incision. And the effect was evaluated upon a follow-up period ranging from 6 months to over 3 years. Results 58 eyes of 31 cases were rectified. But 2 eyes were undercorrected and 1 eye was overcorrected,meanwhile,it formed 1 case of entropion. Lagophthalmus often disappeares in about 4 weeks. The exposure keratitis was avoided, Conclusion Being based upon the theory,it is easy to perform the modified frontails muscle sus pension operation with single incision and effective for severe blepharoptosis with few complications.
