地茶咳喘露治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的实验研究

目的 探讨地茶咳喘露治疗喘息性支气管炎的作用机理。方法 观察地茶咳喘露对小鼠氨水引咳法模型，小鼠酚红排泌法模型，小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀模型，小鼠醋酸性腹腔毛细血管通透性模型，豚鼠“乙酰胆碱－组胺”性哮喘模型的作用和对豚鼠支气管灌流量的影响。结果 药物明显延长咳嗽潜伏期，促进酚红排泄，减轻小鼠耳肿胀，降低腹腔毛细血管通透性，延长豚鼠哮喘潜伏期，增加肺，支气管灌流液的流出速度。结论 地茶咳喘露具有镇咳，祛痰，平喘，抗炎的作用。

Experimental Study On Treatment of Asthmalic Bronchitis by Di-Cha-Ke-Chuan-Liquid

Objective To explore the functional mechanism of Di -Cha -Ke -Chuan -Liquid (DCKCL) Cough Syrup for treating asthmatic bronchitis. Method Effect of DCKCL on rat model with cough due to ammonia water, mouse model with phenol red excretion, mouse model with ear swelling due to Fructus crotonis, mouse model with celiac capillary permeation due to acetic and acetylcholine-histamine mouse model on the bronchitis perfusion amount as observed. Result The findings showed DCKCL prolonged cough latent period, promoted phenol red excretion, relieved the mouse ear swelling , reduced capillary permeation , prolonged guinea pig asthma incubation period , increased guinea pig pulmonary perfusion amount. Conclusion DCKCL has effects on relieving cough , resisting inflammation, eliminating phlegm and lessening asthma.
