Abstract:Objective To study the effect of glucose metabolic abnormalities in patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in coronary care unit by analysis the glucose metabolic state. Methods 43 patients with ACS were selected in CCU, who were divided into abnormal glucose metabolism group and normal glucose metabolism group. Observe the differences of time stayed in hospital , hospitalization fee and mortality of two groups. Results 37.2 percent patients with ACS treated CCU existed the glycometabolic disturbance. Their hospitalization fee , hospi- talization time and mortality were higher than those of the other group. Conclusion In order to reduce the hospitalization fee and mortality of the patients with acute coronary syndrome, paying close attention to the glucose metabolic state of the patients with acute coronary syndrome should be considered.
Keywords:Glucose metabolic abnormalities  Acute coronary syndrome  Coronary care unit
