竹节人参提取物对大鼠和小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 观察竹节人参提取的对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 采用大鼠和小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型;取SD大鼠及昆明种小鼠各40只,各随机分为4组,SD大鼠给药组分别给予竹节人参提取0.2,0.4g/kg灌服15d;小鼠给药组分别给予竹节人参提取物0.15,0.3g/kg灌服15d,另设对照组及假手术组;观察脑组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和超氧化的歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果 S.D大鼠竹节人参提取物0.2,0.4g/kg,小鼠竹节人参提取物0.15,0.3g/kg灌服,可显著提高脑组织LDH及SOD活性,明显降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。结论 生节人参提取物对S.D大鼠和中鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用。其机制与其抗氧自由基有关。

Protection of Panax Japonicus Extract Against Mice and Rats Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

Abstract:Objevctive To observe the protection of panax japonicus extract against mice and rats cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Cerebral ischemia reperfusion model of mice and rats were used. 40 rats and 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups to observe the activity of brain tissue lactic dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase and content change of propylene glycol. Rats group was treated with panax japonicus extract for 0. 2, 0. 4 g/kg for 15 days; mice group was treated with panax japonicus extract for 0.15, 0. 3 g/kg for 15 days. Contrast group and pseudo operational group were set up too. Results Rats and mice treated above had obviously higher brain tissue lactic dehydrogenase activity and superoxide dismutase activity and lower malondialdehyde content. Conclusion Panax japonicus has an apparent protection against mice and rats cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, its mechanism is related with its oxygen free radical.
