| 摘 要： | 目的为研究道地药材的遗传多样性、种类鉴定和基因指纹图谱的构建等提供技术保证。方法以道地中药材板桥党参（板党）、五鹤续断药源植物的鲜嫩叶片为材料,采用改进的CTAB法从中提取出基因组DNA,检测其提取效果。结果使用改进的CTAB法从鲜叶中提取板党、五鹤续断的基因组DNA浓度较高,能满足PCR反应的要求。结论自行改进的CTAB法提取道地药材板党、五鹤续断基因组DNA效果较好。
