| 摘 要： | 目的:确定肿节风最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以异秦皮啶、反丁烯二酸、总黄酮为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:药材以70%乙醇提取2次,第一次2 h,第二次2 h为最佳提取工艺。结论:确定的工艺合理,有效成分提出率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To make the optimum process conditions of extraction of Sarcandra Glabra.Methods:Adopting isofraxidin,fumaric acid and total flavonoids as marks,optimum extraction was investigated by orthogonal design.Re-sults:70% ethanol for twice,2 h for the first time,2 h for the 2nd as the optimum process conditions.Conclusion:The optimum processes are rational and result in high content of active constituents. |
